Our Guarantee

Our guarantee, sent out with each order, asks “Please notify us on the same day of delivery if, for any reason, the flowers are not to your liking and we will change them for others of your choice.”
We also operate a “no quibble” guarantee of quality and longevity that involves either replacement or a refund if the gift is found to be defective in any way.
For non perishable goods, in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we offer a 7 day timescale if goods are returned to our shop in “as new” condition.
